The Swedish coastline is sprinkled with seaports.
While some of them have specialised themselves in serving particular industries, the Port of Karlshamn approaches the market with a universal offer, taking care of sea-road-rail cargo flows going to and from different parts of Scandinavia.
The port also has strong international ties, particularly with the Lithuanian Klaipėda.
We're talking with Ulf Sandevärn, the man in charge of marketing the port, about Karlshamn's 2018 cargo and passenger results, the past, present, and future investments, his thoughts on the TEN-T and China's New Silk Road, and we ask what should we wish the port authority which is celebrating this year its centenary.Download PDF
