Exports rose by 1% year-on-year to a total of 1.68mt, while imports increased 12 times to 222kt.
The handling of general cargo advanced by 1% yoy to 1.55mt. Some 259kt od dry bulk was turned over, a fourfold increase on the result from Q1 2019.
In detail, the Russian stevedore took care of 814kt of ferrous metals (+2% yoy), 258kt of non-ferrous metals (-20% yoy), 225kt of metal scrap (+31% yoy), 130kt of mineral fertilizers (+9% yoy), and 118kt of wood pellets (+32% yoy).
In addition, 7,470 TEUs went through the quays of Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg, matching the Q1 2019 level.
