The European Green Deal (EGD) is a set of comprehensive policy initiatives by the European Commission (COM) aimed at achieving climate neutrality in Europe by 2050.
It will affect all European industries, in particular transport, with ports very much included.
For the impact to be significant - and positive - EGD-related policies will have to be carefully revised and adjusted accordingly.
In sum, this is a Herculean task.
