Overall, the Finnish port took care of 838.1kt, an increase of 0.5% year-on-year.

International cargo traffic totted up to 813.8kt (+0.4% yoy), while the remaining 24.4kt were handled domestically (+5.2% yoy).

The port's container traffic totalled 983 TEUs, a decrease of 16.1% yoy.

The pandemic keeps suppressing passenger traffic. Altogether 165,333 ferry travellers went through Turku's quays, 65.1% fewer than in January-April 2020.
