Dry bulk turnover recorded the highest increase of 9.2% year-on-year, totalling 9.24mt.
St. Petersburg's leading trade, general cargo, advanced by 3.3% yoy to 41.30mt.
Containerised freight traffic totted up to 26.07mt, a decrease of 2% yoy. The Russian Baltic seaport took care of 2,042,358 TEUs (-2.7% yoy), including 267,602 reefers (+2.6% yoy).
Wheeled cargo traffic amounted to 1.44mt (+25.3% yoy). Counting 15t per one truck/trailer/railcar, the port handled some 96,364 ro-ro cargo units.
More liquid bulk goods were also handled, up 0.5% on the 2020 result to 11.49mt.
