On the Swedish island's ferry passenger side, chiefly served through the Port of Visby, 174,626 travellers went to & from Gotland, an increase of 35.2% on the Q1 2021 result.

A total of 61,110 private vehicles were transported in ferry traffic (+20.4% year-on-year).

Overall, the Ports of Gotland took care of 238kt over 2022's first quarter (-7.4% yoy), including 176kt of wheeled (ro-ro) cargo (+4.1% yoy), 26kt of forest products (-29.7% yoy), 25kt of dry bulk goods (-43.2% yoy), and 12kt of liquids (+50% yoy).
