The German port's rail and barge container traffics totted up to 2.71m TEUs (-2.9% yoy) and 118.5k TEUs (-3.3% yoy), respectively.
Tonnage-wise, containerised freight totalled 80.5mt (-10% yoy) out of the overall 119.9mt (-6.8% yoy) that went through Hamburg's quays.
The port also took care of 26.2mt of dry bulk (-6.4% yoy, including 6.0mt of agro-bulk, down 6.3% on the 2021 result), 11.8mt of liquid bulk (+18% yoy), and 1.39mt of break-bulk (+11.2% yoy).
