Ro-ro traffic also advanced in the reported period - by 3.2% year-on-year to 125,046 cargo units.

Overall, the Lithuanian seaport took care of 19.07 million tonnes over 2025's first half, up 16.8% on the result from the corresponding period last year.

Passenger traffic also noted an increase, +5.1% yoy to 172.5 thousand travellers, of which ferries brought 143.6k (-2.2% yoy) and cruisers 28.9k (+66.1% yoy).

Also, ferries serving Klaipėda transported 43,862 private vehicles (+5.9% yoy).
