Around 80 participants from all over Europe gathered on 5 March in Gdynia to discuss matters related to air pollution in ports.
The seminar, organized by the Baltic Ports Organization (BPO), was aimed at evaluating the influence this issue has on day-today operations in both harbours and the cities as well as communities of which they are a part.
It also gave an overview of the tools available to the stakeholders in the quest to improve their environmental standards.
