However, Kaliningrad's total cargo throughput decreased by 19.2% year-on-year to 5.83mt, including 2.84mt of dry bulk (-16% yoy), 1.79mt of general cargo (-9.9% yoy), and 1.20mt of liquids (-35% yoy).
