The year is 2019. In just a couple of months, the International Maritime Organization's (IMO) sulphur cap will enter into force.

A considerable portion of the maritime community is in an uproar, as ship operators are scrambling to find the right solution in order to ensure their vessels' compliance with these new, stricter regulations.
