Rail container traffic amounted to 456k twenty-footers, an increase of 14.6% year-on-year.

However, the port's overall cargo turnover went down by 4.0% yoy to 38.9mt, including 22.2mt of liquid bulk (-5.1% yoy).

Ro-ro traffic also contracted, by 5.7% yoy to altogether 551k cargo units. In addition, the port took care of 276k new cars (-4.8% yoy).

On the other hand, passenger traffic rose - by 5.9% yoy to a total of 1,784,000 ferry & cruise travellers.
