Sweden's capital port, together with Nynäshamn, has marked a new record of cruise ship passenger visits - a total of 600 thou. travellers were served during this year's season.
From May till October, 241 cruise vessels berthed at Stockholm, with further 22 at Nynäshamn. Out of these, 73 calls were turnaround calls, also a new all-time high for the Ports of Stockholm.
In total, cruise ship passengers spent over SEK 0.5 bln in the Stockholm region.
