The Polish and Croatian port authorities have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at jointly pursuing their shared interests, including the rollout of the Baltic-Adriatic TEN-T Core Corridor.

Specifically, the agreement will cover info sharing, common research and development, along with cooperating on technical, pro-environmental, and safety issues.

Worth mentioning is the fact that since September 2017, the Port of Rijeka Authority has been under operational and financial control of three parties, including the Polish logistics, freight forwarding, and terminal operating company OT Logistics. Combined, OT and the pension funds Allianz ZB and ERSTE have the majority stake of 56.56%.
