The Danish shipping & logistics company will lease a new 34,560 m2-big warehouse in Borås, around 70 km east of Gothenburg.
The facility will be built by the property developer CH Square from whom DFDS will lease the warehouse for ten years, with an option to extend the agreement after the initial lease period.
Construction is expected to begin in early February 2021 and the warehouse is planned to open at the end of this year.
The new facility will help DFDS to expand its contract logistics offering.
