The Norwegian logistics company has set up an office in Gdynia to better serve the Polish market with its sea, rail, road, and multimodal offering.
ColliCare Logistics in Poland will also support its clients with customs clearance.
The company declares it focuses on "[...] more ecological logistics solutions," saying that "[...] by transporting a container load from Poland to Norway by sea, instead of a truck with a trailer, we can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by up to 71%."
ColliCare Logistics' network includes sea services spanning through the Baltic Sea (incl. Poland, Lithuania, Finland, and Sweden), Norway, the North Sea (the Netherlands and UK), southern Bay of Biscay, and Portugal.
"We have been watching the Polish market for years and we know it very well. The Polish economy is developing dynamically and, in our opinion, it has good prospects. We have been cooperating with clients from Poland for a long time, but mainly from the level of our Norwegian headquarters. Now we are building our team of our local specialists in Gdynia to be even more accessible to Polish customers and offer them modern, environmentally friendly transport solutions to the Nordics and all over the world," Jesper Hansen, Managing Director Poland, ColliCare Logistics, commented.
