The AE66 link sees cargoes sea-routed from China, Japan and Korea to the Russian Vostochny Port, where the load is transhipped onto Trans-Siberian trains heading for Kaliningrad.
According to Maersk, it takes 20 days for an AE66 shipment to get from Busan to Kaliningrad.
TransContainer is responsible for the rail leg, while Global Ports - port operations (at its Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company).
