Finnlines has chartered, under a bareboat agreement, the ferry to the Balearia Eurolineas Maritimas, which most likely will deploy her between Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca.
The ro-pax will be handed over as soon as another of Finnlines' ferries, the renovated Finnswan, will go in traffic on the route connecting the ports of Kapellskär, Långnäs, and Naantali. She is to replace Finnclipper as of 8 May.
Finnclipper was built in 1999 in Spain. The 188.3 m-long and 29.5 m-wide ferry offers room for 400 passengers as well as 3,079 lane metres of cargo capacity (she can carry up to 40 reefers, too).
