The seaports of Ventspils and Chornomorsk have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at planning and developing future transport and logistics flows.

The partners will also work on strengthening friendly economic relations that support mutual development.

"The cooperation will include the exchange of experience in cargo handling and safety, joint planning of transport and logistics projects, implementation of sustainable solutions, staff training, and participation in international projects. The parties agreed to hold regular working meetings and share information on developments in the sector," the seaports detailed in a press brief.
