Linas Agro's operations in the Port of Tallinn's Muuga Harbour grew with two new 4,000 m² halls, adding some 30,000 tonnes of storage capacity.

Bulk & Tank was responsible for coordinating the entire process - including securing the site lease, obtaining permits, arranging financing, managing contractors, and overseeing construction work. The warehouses, supplied by Best-Hall Baltic, were commissioned in two months - in time for the 2026 harvesting season.

"A project of this scale requires partners that can make fast decisions and find practical solutions as circumstances evolve. What started as a concept on paper quickly became reality. From the very beginning, every decision was made with the end user in mind and with the goal of ensuring the best possible service experience," commented Urmas Peterson, Member of Bulk & Tank's Management Board.

The Port of Tallinn added in a press briefing, "Initial market response has been strong, with much of the first storage cycle booked before the harvest season officially began."
