The Lübeck-based ferry company, TT-Line, has set in motion a twice-weekly rail connection across the Klaipėda-Kaunas-Vilnius route.
The service is open to both cranable and non-cranable trailers.
From the Port of Klaipėda, shipments have access to TT-Line's ferry network in the southwestern Baltic, with further possible intermodal connections to Bettembourg and Oslo.
The first train run took place on 19 October 2026.
