International traffic totalled 47.75mt (-4.1% year-on-year), out of which exports totted up to 24.86mt (-6.4% yoy) and imports to 22.88mt (-1.6% yoy), while transit - 4.50mt (+9.8% yoy).
The turnover of dry bulk and general cargo decreased by 18.3% year-on-year and 0.5% yoy to 2.32mt and 1.78mt, respectively, whereas that of liquid bulk rose by 10.5% yoy to 1.32mt.
The company's three terminals in the Port of Hamburg took care of a total of 3,058k TEUs (-12% year-on-year), while the remaining 286k TEUs (-2.4% yoy) were added by the facilities in Tallinn and Odessa.
According to the governmental agency Statistics Lithuania, a total of 11.17mt (-6.6% year-on-year) was handled over the first quarter, followed by 10.67mt (-8.9% yoy) in the second.
Some 1.3m TEUs were transported domestically (+12.1% year-on-year), followed by 841k TEUs in export (+14.8% yoy), 672k TEUs in import (+13.8% yoy), and 408.6k TEUs in transit traffic (+29.6% yoy).
A total of nearly 2.49mt was made in international traffic, a year-on-year drop of 16.1%, while the remaining 197.4kt was handled domestically (+888% yoy).
Overall, the Finnish seaport took care of 1.29mt over the 2020's first half (+12% year-on-year), out of which 1.24mt (+11.4% yoy) were made in international and the remaining 50.8kt (+28.6% yoy) in domestic traffic.
