The Tampere-based provider of process automation IT solutions & AI vision technology has taken over the IT systems integrator from Vilnius.

The existing customers of both companies will benefit from the additional products and capabilities, and new customers can expect Visy to provide a wider range of technology and services," Visy said in a press release.

Autepra will now operate as a subsidiary of Visy - as part of the VisionSense Technologies Group.
