At the same time, cargo traffic noted a downtick of 1.9% year-on-year to 2.03mt, including 1.95mt made in foreign (-2.8% yoy) and 81kt in domestic traffic (+22.4% yoy).
Whereas liquid bulk turnover contracted by 3.9% year-on-year to 40.32mt and that of general cargo by 5.2% yoy to 1.8mt, the handling of dry bulk rose by 15.6% yoy to 37.9mt.
Ferry cargo traffic rose by 20.3% year-on-year to 472,634 ro-ro cargo units, including 458,574 trucks & trailers (+19.6% yoy) and 14,060 railcars (+45.5% yoy).
While the turnover of dry bulk and general cargo rose by 4.8% year-on-year to 309.82mt, the handling of liquid bulk contracted by 1.3% yoy to 311.67mt.
