The company, part of the Rhenus Group, has opened a new 15.5k m2 big facility within the Pomeranian Logistics Centre, just two kilometres from Baltic Hub (previously known as DCT Gdańsk).
The warehouse will mainly handle palletised goods by offering 11k pallet spots. It will also take care of other general cargo, chiefly containerised.
The facility also houses bonded and temporary storage warehouses as well as holds veterinary and sanitary permissions.
With the latest addition, C. Hartwig Gdynia's warehousing capacity grew to 42k m2. A further 10k m2 will be added next year.
