The Chinese shipyard has completed another stage of delivering the brand-new ferry named Stena Edda, which, once commissioned, will enter service on the Belfast-Liverpool route in spring 2020.
The Finnish short sea shipping company, part of the CMA CGM group that has recently been merged with MacAndrews, has extended its network with a service that links the Baltic Sea to the Atlantic via the North Sea.
The investment banking company Macquarie Group has signed an agreement with PSA International, the Polish Development Fund (PFR), and the IFM Global Infrastructure Fund to sell 100% shares in the 3.0m TEUs/year-big Deepwater Container Terminal Gdańsk.
"Over last few years we have been facing a constant deterioration on the Russian market. Unfortunately the political and economical situation is still dramatically affecting the commercial trade environment," the company said in a press release.
The infrastructure investor, having €450m of capital under its management, will put in around €38m (SEK400m) into the development of the Port of Gävle.
