A total of €10m has been granted to the ports of Helsinki and Tallinn within the TWIN-PORT IV project, while €3.3m has been allocated for the Hansalink II initiative carried out together with Lübeck, plus €900k for fitting the Hernesaari harbour with onshore power supply (OPS).
